In the year 2002, the esteemed school was set up under the progressive guidance of Surodhuni Memorial Trust. The English medium co-educational school embraces an ultra-progressive 21st century futuristic teaching and learning process.
Our motto stands strong ‘in pursuit of excellence’. Everyday, there is a new challenge facing us and we must prepare our children to confront the ever-changing challenges with confidence, enthusiasm, and diligence. Pillars of Academic Foundation School
The school managing committee consists of highly qualified and dedicated individuals from various fields of life. They are responsible for providing the basic policy framework and guidelines, judicious management, fiscal matters and also for making senior appointments.
The school was inaugurated by Mr. Ayan Pal who earned the honoured 1st rank in H.S. 2001. The presence of the then Hon’ble Mayor of Kolkata, Mr. Subrata Mukherjee, notable writer Mr. Shirshendu Mukhopadyay and other eminent personalities during the inauguration had blessed the school with glory.
